The Appeal Court has restored the mandate of Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state who was removed by Nasarawa Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
However, the PDP candidate, who was dissatisfied with the INEC declaration, challenged the election results in the tribunal.
Last Month, the Tribunal in its ruling, nullified governor Sule’s election and proclaimed Mr Ombugadu as winner.
But governor Sule also appealed the ruling at the Appeal Court, which reversed the tribunals verdict and affirmed the governor’s electiom.
