Adelabu on the program anchored by Mayor Isaac Brown, noted that as President Tinubu’s promised during campaign, stable and steady electricity formed part of his Renewed Hope Agenda.

He explained that the steady electricity supply, Nigerians are presently enjoying despite being in the month of August, a break in the rainy season, is a testament to the President Tinubu led administration’s commitment.

“Some people think the steady electricity we’re enjoying is because of the rainy season, but I can tell you it’s about strategy and consistency. We will continue to work tirelessly to achieve the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President” Adelabu added

When questioned about the banding system and electricity tariffs, Adelabu clarified that Band A has the lowest tariff in West Africa. He further said that the new strategy is designed to ensure consumers pay for what they use, adding that it’s a move to correct some abnormalities in the power sector
