The presiding officer, LGT Bagle, congratulated Kingsley, saying, “Congratulations to you on your selection and promotion to MAJOR. It was an honour for me to preside over your ceremony and I appreciate the opportunity.

“At this new level, more will be expected of you but you will be prepared. Continue to strive for excellence.”

Ogbuji is also a volunteer for UNICEF USA and holds a Master of Arts degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
