Sowore said Tinubu’s administration has ruined Nigerians and brought about hardship in the country.

He made the call in a post on his X page.

According to Sowore: “The power of the people is much stronger than the people in power. -Wael Ghonim

“Nigerians across the nation and the globe are invited to join the nationwide protest against the Tinubu regime tomorrow, which will be organized by the @TIBmovement #RevolutionNow.

“The regime of Bola Tinubu has ruined the Nigerian economy and brought unprecedented hardship against the Nigerian populace.”

The Nigerian government had set aside June 12 to celebrate Democracy Day.

June 12 was initially set aside to celebrate the annulment of the 1993 presidential election which the late MKO Abiola won.

However, the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari moved Democracy Day from May 29 to June 12.
