Kogi Central Senatorial District was agog as supporters of the suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, welcomed her to her countryhome for sallah rally.
This followed despite ban on public gatherings and rallies by Kogi Governor Usman Ododo and call by the Police on the Senator to cancel the rally citing security concerns.
However, in a recent images seen online, on Tuesday, April 1, supporters were seen with placards showing solidarity for the suspended lawmaker.
The placards have various inscriptions like: “Welcome home worthy daughter of Ebiraland, the people of Okene are solidly behind you”, “The people of Adavi are solidly behind you.”
