Leaders in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have pleaded with the 2023 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as JANDOR, to rescind his decision to quit the party.

The delegation, led by the National Secretary of the PDP, Ude Okoye, included prominent party chieftains such as former National Publicity Secretary Hon. Kola Ologbodiyan and former member of the House of Representatives Hon. Shina Peller.

According to JANDOR’s spokesperson, Gbenga Ogunleye, the delegation acknowledged the reasons behind JANDOR’s resignation but urged him to reconsider his decision, citing his value to the party.

JANDOR, who received the delegation in his Abuja office, expressed appreciation for the show of love and camaraderie.

While reaffirming his decision to leave the party, he assured the delegation of his willingness to collaborate with his friends in his future political endeavors, notwithstanding their differences in political alignment.
