Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was on Tuesday denied entry into the National Assembly premises in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
The lawmaker who is serving a six-month suspension by the upper lawmaking body had vowed to resume sitting in the NASS chambers after a court verdict asking the Senate to recall her.
However, when she attempted to resume, she was denied entry into the premises.
Senator Natasha, who was inside this black car, has been stopped from entering the National Assembly, and the car in front of her, carrying activist Aisha Yesufu, has also been stopped from entering the National Assembly.
But later on, she came out of her car and proceeded into the National Assembly on foot.
