Buhari Could Have Been Long Dead If He Had Used Nigerian Hospitals — Adesina

Former presidential spokesman Femi Adesina has said that his former principal, Muhammadu Buhari, could have been long dead if he had used Nigerian hospitals.

Adesina, who made this known during a special coverage for Buhari’s funeral on Tuesday, said those who criticized the death of Buhari in a London hospital should understand that the former president had always used London hospitals before he was elected president in May 2015.

The former editor said the UK doctors were already familiar with Buhari’s medical history and there was no need to change them.

Adesina said some Nigerian hospitals lacked the facilities and expertise needed for the ex-president’s treatment.
