Renewed Hope Global has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, who died this afternoon at a hospital in the United Kingdom after a brief illness.

The Chairman of Renewed Hope Global, Ambassador J.K. Adebola, described the late Buhari as “a patriot, a disciplined leader, and a man who gave his all in service to the nation.”

Ambassador Adebola said the passing of the former President is a significant loss not only to Nigeria but to Africa and the global community, noting that Buhari’s legacy of integrity, resilience, and commitment to national security will be remembered for generations to come.

“President Buhari was a towering figure in Nigeria’s political evolution an officer and a gentleman who brought order to governance and fought to defend the sovereignty of our nation both in uniform and in civil office,” he said.

While offering prayers for the family of the late President and the people of Katsina State, Renewed Hope Global urged all Nigerians to reflect on the ideals of discipline, sacrifice, and nationhood that Buhari represented throughout his public life.

“This is a moment of national mourning. We stand in solidarity with the Buhari family, the Government of the Federation, and all Nigerians who respected and believed in his vision. May Allah grant him eternal rest and reward him for his service,” the statement concluded.
