Former Senate President, David Mark, has officially assumed office as the Interim National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), following the mass resignation of the party’s entire leadership at all levels.

The announcement was made on Wednesday by outgoing Chairman, Ralph Nwosu at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja during the official unveiling of the ADC as the platform for Nigeria’s newly formed opposition coalition seeking to unseat President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.
