*“The contributions of our workers cannot be overstated.* From civil servants to artisans, health workers to teachers, every hand that toils for the good of our state deserves appreciation, fair reward, and improved welfare,” the statement read.

*The former lawmaker noted that quality work conditions, fair wages, regular promotions, and access to basic benefits should be seen as rights and not privileges.* He emphasized that workers must be treated with dignity at all times.

Senator Husain reaffirmed his commitment to the ideals of social justice, equity, and human dignity, stressing that no society can thrive without a motivated and well-catered-for workforce.

*“I stand with every Osun worker today.* As we reflect on the importance of labour, let us also recommit to building a state where the efforts of our workers are recognized and properly rewarded. Together, we can make Osun a model of fairness and progress,” he added.
