Seven operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) and two civilians have been arrested over the alleged shooting and killing of a police officer, Michael Isuwa, in Ibusa, Delta State.
The incident occurred on April 23 at the residence of Chief Abuah Lucky during a reported confrontation. Isuwa, attached to the 48 PMF Ahoada in Rivers but serving in Delta, was found dead at the scene.
Authorities have launched an investigation, and the officer’s body has been deposited at the Ibusa General Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
