A meeting of PDP governors is underway at the Oyo State Government Secretariat in Agodi, Ibadan.
The meeting which is taking place in the Executive Council Chamber, is being led by Senator Bala Mohammed, Bauchi State Governor and Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum.
The meeting follows a Sunday night gala hosted by Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde.
Among those in attendance are Senator Douye Diri of Bayelsa, Ahmadu Fintiri from Adamawa, Caleb Mutfwang representing Plateau, Pastor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom, Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta, Agbu Kefas from Taraba, Peter Mbah of Enugu, and Dauda Lawal of Zamfara.
However, the Vice Chairman of the Forum and the suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara is notably absent.
Additionally, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, who joined the Sunday gala, had to return to Osun State to address urgent matters and has yet to arrive in Ibadan for the meeting.
