One of the founding fathers of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Deputy National Chairman (South), Chief Yekini Adeojo, has passed away.

Chief Adeojo, a prominent political figure in Oyo State, was also a respected traditional titleholder, serving as the Seriki Musulumi of Yorubaland.

Until his passing, he remained a key stakeholder in Ibadan’s traditional and political affairs. He was also the father of Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, the current Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government.
