*Ambassador J.K. Adebola*, the chairman of Renewed Hope United Kingdom, has commended the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for its uncommon commitment to combating economic and financial crimes in Nigeria. Adebola, who doubles as an official ambassador of the EFCC, has joined *Ms Candace Spradley*, the United States Director of Narcotics and Law Enforcement at the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria, in expressing admiration for the EFCC’s relentless efforts and remarkable successes in its anti-corruption crusade.

Spradley made the remarks in Abuja earlier this week when she led a delegation from the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) on a courtesy visit to the EFCC’s Executive Chairman, *Mr Ola Olukoyede* at the Commission’s corporate headquarters. She described the EFCC’s impressive fight against financial crimes and emphasised its vital role in strengthening Nigeria’s financial and legal integrity.

Echoing these sentiments, Ambassador Adebola reaffirmed his confidence in the EFCC’s leadership and operational excellence. He had previously led a delegation to commend Chairman Olukoyede on the Commission’s strategic initiatives and resounding impact in tackling corruption.

“The EFCC’s relentless pursuit of economic and financial justice has restored confidence in Nigeria’s anti-corruption framework,” said Adebola. “Under the leadership of Mr. Olukoyede, the Commission has demonstrated remarkable professionalism and efficiency. The fight against corruption is not just about enforcement but about ensuring transparency, accountability, and national development.”

As a staunch advocate for ethical governance, Adebola pledged continued support for the EFCC’s mission, reinforcing the need for sustained collaboration between local and international stakeholders in the fight against financial crimes.

The EFCC remains committed to its mandate of tackling corruption, ensuring financial integrity, and promoting a culture of accountability in Nigeria.
