Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has stopped further demolitions on the circular road corridor.

The Governor stated this while addressing protesters at the front of the state secretariat Agodi Ibadan.

 

According to theclicknewsng.com, Governor makinde, who took time to listen the requests of the protesters said the demolition of buildings should stop with an explanation that houses in the 500 metres setback will not be demolished and warned that nobody should errect any new structure on the vacant lands.

He said enumerations will be done with representatives of the land owners.
