Ogun Government Makes Additional Board Appointments

Ogun State Government on Thursday released additional names of non-statutory board members appointed by Governor Dapo Abiodun to run four agencies in the state.

The agencies are Gateway Trading Company, Food Crops Marketing Board, Ogun State Parks and Gardens, and Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency.

DAILY POST reports that the appointment is the second to be made by the governor, after the Ogun Waste Management Authority, OGWAMA, Ogun State Agricultural and Multipurpose Credit Agency OSAMCA, Plantgate Limited, and the Ogun State Alternative Medicine Board, OGAMB.

Yomi Odunowo is to head the Board of Gateway Trading Company as chairman. Other members are Tajudeen Alao, Dele Oderinde, Vittu Mechack, Disu Azeez, and Adeleye Olugbenga.

Food Crops Marketing Board has Subair Kamilat as chairman while other members are Akorede Idowu, Akaosi Gbeleyi, Ogunade Bashiru, Yusuf Soyemi and Awoderu Omoyemi.

Ogun State Parks and Gardens has 20 members, with Lukman Adunmo as chairman. The other members spread across the local governments in the state include Moruf Adekunle, Olanrewaju Samod, Ogidan Abayomi, Abiodun Ogunro, Adeyemi Adekunle, Sansa Abayomi and Ayoola Oyeniyi.

Others are Adetona Olusola, Taiwo Obanla, Alhaji Wale Soremi, Ogundeyi Olufunsho, Oluwafemi Onanuga, Olaolu Isiaka, Kabiru Adeosun and Adesanya Joseph.

Ogun State Signage and Advertising Agency has Wale Soremi as chairman, Ogunbanjo Abolore, Adeoye Alani, Onanuga Olufemi, and Adeyemi Olayiga are members.
