Nigeria, a nation blessed with boundless potential, is being shackled by the chains of oppressive governance, corruption, and mismanagement, the Nigeria Liberty Movement (NLM), has said.
In a press statement made available to Journalists in Lagos by Comrade Abimbola Oluyede, NLM Director of Research Development and Public Engagement Director, who extolled the leadership qualities of Dr. Adebisi Olusoji Adebisi, the founder of NLM, added, “For far too long, Nigeria has been exploited. Our nation’s potential has been stifled, and our people have suffered. But we say to you today, “No more!”
She said that we envision a Nigeria where: good governance and transparency become the norm, economic prosperity and opportunities abound for all, education and healthcare systems are transformed to world-class standards, security and peace of mind are guaranteed for every citizen and corruption and impunity are eradicated.
“We urge every Nigerian to join the NLM and be part of this noble quest for liberation. Together, we can create a Nigeria where every citizen can thrive.”
Furthermore, she said “We stand at the dawn of a new era, and we invite you to be part of it. Let us rise up and demand a better future for ourselves, our children, and our nation. Together, we can make Nigeria great again.”
Adebisi also known as ‘ThisDayMoses’, according to Oluyede, “has risen to the challenge with a compelling vision, unwavering passion, and unshakeable commitment to liberate our nation from the forces of oppression. As the leader of the Nigerian Liberty Movement (NLM), he is poised to inspire Nigerians to demand a better future.”
NLM is a grassroots movement that has emerged from the depths of the nation’s struggles. We have members across the length and breadth of Nigeria, united by a common purpose: to liberate our nation from the forces of oppression, the statement said.
“Adebisi leads NLM With visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to integrity and justice, embodying the spirit of liberation that will guide our nation into the Nigeria of our dreams.”
