In the mode of recent reforms in various sectors, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of federal commissioners for the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) on Tuesday.
In a press release by the Special Adviser to the President, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the appointments are subject to confirmation by the Senate.
Those deemed qualified for the appointment are; Mrs. Linda Nkechi Oti from Abia, Mr. Akpan Imo Effiong from Akwa Ibom, Mr. Enefe Ekene from Anamb, Professor Steve Ugba from Benue, Chief Eyonsa from Cross-River, Aruviere Egharhevwe from Delta, Nduka Henry Awuregu from Ebonyi,8)Â Mr. Victor Eboigbe from Edo, Honourable Wumi Ogunlola from Ekiti, Honourable Ozo Obumreme Obodougo from Enugu, Alhaji Kabir Ibrahim Mashi from Katsina, Honourable Adamu Fanda from Kano, Dr. Kunle Wright from Lagos, Mr. Aliyu Almakura Abdulkadir from Nasarawa, Mr. Bako Shetima from Niger, Mr. Samuel Durojaye from Ogun, Mr. Nathaniel Adejutelegan from Ondo, Honourable Saad Bello Ibrahim from Plateau, Mr. Modu-Aji Juluri from Yobe, Alhaji Bello Rabiu Garba from Zamfara, and Mr. Mohammed Kabeer Usman from Gombe.
The President expects the new federal commissioners to demonstrate absolute fidelity to the nation in the discharge of their duties.
