Popular Nollywood actress, Joke Silva has reacted to rumours going round that her husband, Olu Jacobs is dead.

There were rumours on social media that the veteran actor whose real name is Oludotun Baiyewu Jacobs, passed away at 82 years on Sunday.

While reacting this evening, his wife, Joke Silva, debunked the rumour, saying “her husband is alive and doing just fine.”

Also, Betty Irabor, the Founder of Genevieve Magazine has debunked the trending news.

She tweeted: “Olu Jacobs is well and alive. Please ignore all rumours of his passing.”

Jacobs’ family has also released a video to prove that the actor is alive.
