The Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde has reaffirmed commitment of his administration to continue working with judiciary and legislative arm of government in sustaining a functional system in the state

Governor Makinde stated this swearing-in Justice Tajudeen Abdulganiyu as president of the customary court of Appeal, held at his office, Secretariat.

Makinde who pledged his administration support, expressed hope that Justice Abdulganiyu, attaining the position while still young, would bring to bear needed development and stability of customary court system.

Governor Makinde applauded of Justice Abdulganiyu’s doggedness in facing various life challenges until he emerged at the pinnacle of his career, and urged Nigerian youths to take a cue rather than seeking quick wealth.

In his remarks, newly sworn in President of the customary court of appeal, Justice Tajudeen Abdulganiyu, pledged to work in building the customary court system as an institution for the benefit of the people

The Deputy Governor Barrister Bayo Lawal, Speaker Oyo Assembly, Honourable Debo Ogundoyin, chief judge Honourable Justice Iyabo Yerima, The Chief Imam of Ibadanland Alhaji Abdulganiyu Agbotomokekere amongst other dignitaries graced the event.
