Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday arrested a Lance Corporal in the Nigerian Army who was riding through one way along the Lagos-Badagry expressway.
Senior Special Assistant to Governor Sanwo-Olu on Media, Wale Ajetunmobi shared the video on his X account.
While many of the okada riders took to the heels on sighting the governor, the soldier waited and said “I’m a soldier, oga sir” when Sanwo-Olu ordered his arrest, replying, “That’s the more reason I’ll lock you up”.
The governor who also spoke to some passengers he saw, warned them against plying one way because of the dangers involved.
