A former commissioner in the old Anambra State, Chief Chuma Okoye has described Gov. Willie Obiano’s policies in governance as revolutionary.

The former Commissioner, who was speaking on ABS programme, “Political Platform” noted that the twenty million naira community choose-your-project-initiative is the first of its kind in the history of Eastern Nigeria, saying that it has helped all communities in the State realize that they are part of the government.
