A Coalition of Muhammadu Buhari Support Group, South West zone has passed a vote of confidence on President Muhammadu Buhari/ Yemi Osinbajo-led government.

The group made their position known during a solidarity rally in support of the government in Abuja.

The leader of the group, Mr Ayola Amoo explained that the event was necessary having examined the successes recorded within the last two years, especially in the area of security and anti-corruption crusade.

Mr Ayola said that the return of the president from his medical vacation has rekindled hope and strengthen the faith that Nigeria will be great again.

While commending the Treasury Single Account (TSA), Mr Ayola noted that the policy has turn around the nation’s economic for good.

According to him, “Government has done a lot in the area of TSA policy, it will improve the economy. The anti- graft crusade is also commendable considering the looted fund that has been recovered so far by the government”.

“What the president has achieved in this area for just two years has never happen in the history of Nigeria. We also appreciate the president’s efforts on the fight against insurgency, the incident has reduced to the barest minimum, he stated.

He stressed that the President has laid a good foundation for the country with the various policies he has introduced, since assumption into office.

Mr Ayola then enjoined Nigerian, irrespective of their political, religious or ethnic differences to desist from hate speeches and support the government to enable it implements the laudable policies it has for nation’s development.
